If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. So here's some info to help make ordering with us a more seamless experience.
"So how does it Work??"
Ordering directly from website (HIGHLY recommended):
STEP #1: Simply click "Order Now" and select the desired product from the Shop. Select options from the variances (i.e., side sauces and toppings).
STEP #2: Click "Add to Cart." From here, you can either continue shopping or "View Cart" by clicking the little shopping cart at the top right of the page.
In your cart, you can adjust your order and even add a Coupon Code. If everything looks good, then click "Checkout" to proceed.
STEP# 3: At checkout, fill in the required info (and yes, email and phone number are both required) by choosing pick up or delivery. IF DELIVERING*: please include special delivery instructions such as date and time or even parking/entry instructions in the "Special Instructions / Notes" section.
*Note: if the following message, "We are unable to calculate shipping rates for the selected items" then that means we do not service your given area for delivery at this time. Please order for pick up.
STEP #4: Click "Continue" and complete payment details on the page and submit your order by clicking "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER."
Ordering through Instagram:
Instagram makes it easy. You can order simply by clicking the "Order Food" link on our profile page @bestbeignetsla. From there, you can purchase via DoorDash Delivery platform. Only caviat is some products are not offered there and you have to pay a middle man :(
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer free delivery up to 5 miles radius. There is a $10 charge for delivery for orders outside of that radius up to 20 miles. If your ZIP Code does not allow it, then, generally we will not deliver there. Please call in for confirmation, and to discuss the circumstances surrounding your order.
Is this a Storefront?
No. We are a HOME BAKERY.. located on a residential street in Hawthorne, BEHIND the Crenshaw and Imperial Plaza. Currently, you will be picking up your order from our home-based location.
Do you take Phone Orders?
No. However, if you happen to show up prior to placing your order, simply park, place your online order, and wait about 7-10 minutes for us to bring it out to you, curbside.
Can I Buy them now and Have them Later?
The best way to enjoy a beignet is hot, fresh out of the fryer then immediately topped with sugar obviously but sometimes life doesn't permit it. In fact, beignets taste amazing even up to 2 hours prior to consumption, so there's still that window of time to fall in love with them. But what if you just can't get to them by then, or need to serve them hours later or even the next day? Then here's what you do - order them with sugar on the side and follow these simple reheating instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: Place tray of beignets on the middle rack and warm for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Flip the beignets and warm for another 3 minutes.
Step 4: Remove them from the oven and top with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or enjoy them plain.
Do you cater?
Yes, of course, we cater all events! Prices vary depending on the number of guests and number of beignets for purchase. There is a $500 minimum for all onsite catering; a $75 service fee for up to two hours of service for every catering. Anything beyond that is an additional $50 per hour. Travel fees do apply.
How do we pick up?
Upon arriving to pick up your order, simply text the name of the person that the order is under to 424-227-0352 and we will bring it out to you curbside.
